SALE OF LAND AT BARNARDS GREEN, MALVERN

NOTICE is hereby given that application is about to be made by the Malvern Hills Conservators to the Secretary of State for the Environment for her consent under Section 9 of the Malvern Hills Act 1930 to a sale of 370 square metres or thereabouts of land at Barnards Green, Malvern for the purpose of boundary adjustment of the Malvern Hills.

PLANS of the said areas of land have been deposited at Manor House, Grange Road, Malvern and may be inspected during office hours. (Or click here to view on line)

Any objection or representations relating to the proposed sale should be addressed to: Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs, Zone 1/05, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6EB, quoting reference CLI 3/1/27 and should be made before the expiration of 21 days from the publication of this notice.
