Resident's car park passes available to purchase

Our concessionary Resident's Passes for the Malvern Hills car parks are available to purchase.

Residents within the town of Malvern and the parishes of Colwall, Guarlford, Malvern Wells, Mathon and West Malvern who pay the levy to the Trust on their council tax bill, are entitled to a concessionary parking pass at £5.70 each.  The new passes will be valid from 1st June 2020 to 31st May 2021.

Our office will remain closed to the public for the time being to ensure the safety of both the public and our staff. We are not aware of any plans for either Malvern or Colwall libraries to re-open, so facilities for buying residents’ parking passes for the Hills are not currently available at either location.

Options for buying new passes for 2020/21 are as follows:

  • By email – by completing the application form, providing proof of address and making payment by BACs. Completed forms and proof of address should be emailed to parking@malvernhills.org.uk
  • By post – by completing the application form, providing proof of address and making with payment by cheque or BACs. Applications should be posted to Malvern Hills Trust, Manor House, Grange Road, Malvern, WR14 3EY

If neither of these is possible,

  • By telephone, with payment by card. Please only use this option if you cannot apply in any other ways as we are expecting a large number of calls.

Passes cost £5.70 each plus £1.00 for postage and administration and a maximum of three passes are available per household.
